I am a professionally qualified and accredited coach. I trained with Barefoot Coaching and I am accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Throughout my career, I have always been passionate about supporting organisations and individuals to reach their potential.

Before becoming a Professional Coach, I spent 20 years in the Fashion Retail industry in the Finance sector, with my last role as Finance Director for Marks & Spencer. I’ve managed large teams, I’ve sat on numerous leadership teams and I’ve set strategy and delivered strong results. My greatest strengths have always been my ability to build effective relationships and to ask great questions; two skills that serve me well in coaching. Where I once worked with the business to deliver results, I now work with individuals or teams to get the results they want.

Family Balance

I have two children (a 23 year old and a 4 year old). I spent many years as a single parent, and then latterly went through IVF and donor conception. I understand the different pressures in life that can be particularly challenging when holding down a job. And I appreciate the desire for that holy grail that so many of us seek - a better balance in life!

Hear Me Out

As well as a coach, I am also a Trustee for two charities close to my heart, one of which is RNID. As somebody with hearing loss myself, I am passionate about supporting others navigate what this might mean for them.
